These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Appliances Plus Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide residential appliance repair services in Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, and surrounding areas in Florida, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, and dishwashers.
A $65 diagnostic fee applies to service calls. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the repair. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee remains due for the technician's visit and diagnosis.
Repair estimates are provided after diagnosis and before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
Our repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty covering the parts we installed and the labor for the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover unrelated failures, new issues with other components, misuse, or damage caused by power surges, pests, or external factors.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled service window and will communicate any delays.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including food loss or water damage not caused by our negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
